How should it work?

When sending a Support ticket/Request, I want it to appear in the My Work section and the answers added to the original request, so that I can follow up and have the suggested solution "documented" and at hand.

      I am surprised they don't have this feature already. I have to keep doing a keyword searches on my Inbox to look at the past tickets. Not the best customer experience.
