Ability to add helper text in description templates

All notebook users creating a document from a template

What impact would it make?

Today users creating product artefacts from a template will typically have helper text to help guide the experience... so normally their first task is to remove this and enter their own content. This is friction that could be avoided.

How should it work?

IMO look at the approach provided in an idea portal submission... there the description text acts as helper text when the users starts to enter content
