    You can now add a link that will create a new document with a specified template. To create this link, go to the Notebooks tab in your workspace and open the template gallery. Then, right-click on the Use template button and select Copy Link Address.


    When users follow that link in the future, they will be prompted to create a new document in that workspace with your desired template.

    Here are the steps to try this out:

    1. Navigate to the Knowledge tab

    2. Click the blue Add button > Select Use a template

    3. Find your desired template and right-click on the Use template button, then select Copy link

    4. Finally, paste that link in another document or record. When users click that link, they will be prompted to create a new document using your selected template!
