What impact would it make?

Users would be able to identify the templates being endorsed across an organisation in creating new documents

How should it work?

I see 2 very desirable capabilities here -
1. allowing the user to organise custom templates into folders to aid users identifying
2. allowing admins to decided with OTB templates they want to expose ... today there are numerous OTB templates not all of which might be encourage by a given enterprise. It would be helpful for end users to look at an approved catalogue of templates rather than have to traverse the extensive list of OTB ones and figure out which their organisation is expecting them to use
