I wanted to share a potential work around for you in the meantime. It's not perfect, but it may get you partially there.
In Workspace > Settings, you can create Custom document templates. From here, you can create templates for each approval type. Once your approvals are created, you can easily insert a template from the menu bar:
You can also insert a template by typing
/template
from the text editor.Whatever you enter into the document template, will be inserted into the approval's description.
