Ability to easily add Help Text on intake fields
As a customer, I need to be able to see a description of each Product Category option so that I submit my Idea in the correct space.
As the Ideas Community Manager, I need customers to be able to submit new Ideas in the correct Product Categories. This would avoid me needing to move the Ideas to the correct Product Category and/or reassign the Idea to the correct PM.
Refer to attachment to see what it should look like.
I am just setting up the Ideas for my product and have been thinking the same thing!
The descriptions can be shown either on mouse over or there could be a link to a new review-only page.
Otherwise we have to create this review-only page on our own and put it as a header on top of the idea home screen.
