How should it work? |
Once an Initiative has been completed / achieved, I should be able it should move into an completed area so that I don't have a running list of Initiatives. For my 18 Products, I have Initiatives that are running for each product and are filling a backlog of 5 years of business ideas. Each product has 3-15 Initiatives. Products that have been in market for a few years continue to grow their initiative lists as we continue to grow it's offerings. |

Hide completed initiatives from previous years using timeframes
Filter completed initiatives using the "Status" filter
View initiatives on a workflow board (this will place all completed initiatives into a completed column so you can focus on those still in progress)
