Create New Initiative Directly from an Existing Initiative

What is the challenge?

Product Leaders cannot create a new Initiative (we refer to them as Epics at Thrivent which is one product line lower) directly from an existing initiative in Aha. You can only add existing initiatives. This is challenging for our Product Leaders to where they then must navigate out to the initiative level (one product line lower) to create the Initiative and then go back to relate it to the initiative at the product line above.

What is the impact?

This is an inefficient way of working. It takes our leaders longer to create and define work.

When a product leader is viewing an initiative, when they select '+Add' they would like to see the option to create a new Initiative (at the product line lower) AND add an existing Epic.
