Initiative Backlog/ Parking Lot

We need the ability to manage a backlog/ parking lot of initiatives, so that we can plan our product strategy without listing them definitively in the initiatives area.

Background as to why we cannot use ideas: We have an intake process that captures strategic initiative ideas for a portfolio of 10+ products that land in one Aha product. To allow the respective strategic product manager to begin doing analysis on the ideas, we triage the idea via promotion to the impacted product (cannot move the idea as it is a private portal).
