Bulk edit Warning on moving shipped features out of a shipped release

How should it work?

If a bulk edit is attempted that contains shipped features, in a release that also shows shipped, a warning should appear "you are attempting to move shipped features out of a shipped release. Are you sure you want to do this? *** this action will be recorded in History***"" then the user is prompted to enter yes. In my experience when some one is rushing, but see a warning that the action will be recorded, it makes then think twice before pulling the trigger.
