Send notification for bulk updates

We had a situation where a colleague accidentally did a bulk update on our Epics moving them from one Initiative to another. We understand this happens. As a safety net, we would expect notifications to be sent to the watchers. This did not happen. We only learnt of this error when someone noticed Epics were missing from the Initiative.

We understand that notifications are not sent on bulk edits in order to prevent large numbers of messages, but perhaps there is a summary email that could be sent in the case of a bulk edit.
