When you have a large number of workspaces and ideas portals it is challenging to effectively manage spam. We would prefer for each workspace owner to be able to manage the spam associated with their portals. These users do not need account level admin permissions and we do not want to grant these permissions just for managing spam. It would be great if the spam management was available in the workspace settings so we can more effectively allow each team to manage their own portal spam.
Absolutely agree with this ask, we're in a similar situation where managing spam across 10 portals with 1000's of items is a tremendous task for Aha Admins who are not knowledgeable enough on each individual product. Providing PO's with Admin permissions to do this is a tall ask. We might have to consider just turning Spam filtering off, which is very unfortunate.
