Automations: use delivery risks as triggers in automations

Delivery risks are incredibly helpful! I'd love to use delivery risks as triggers in automations to create a to-do or send an email for someone to actively address the risk.

    You can now build automations that work with the manual risk flag from delivery risks. You can perform an action when a record is manually flagged as at-risk. You can also automatically set the risk flag as a result of other automation triggers.

    This is helpful - but it would be most helpful if we could trigger off the "Delivery Risk" field so that we can trigger when an automated delivery risk is set, rather than this only working with manually flagged risks.
