Automations: use delivery risks as triggers in automations

Delivery risks are incredibly helpful! I'd love to use delivery risks as triggers in automations to create a to-do or send an email for someone to actively address the risk.

    You can now build automations that work with the manual risk flag from delivery risks. You can perform an action when a record is manually flagged as at-risk. You can also automatically set the risk flag as a result of other automation triggers.
