For alerts for initiatives, I think we would be looking for something similar to what has been deployed for features. I'm sure if you ask any 2 programme or portfolio managers, they'll want slightly different variables but they all pretty much centre around
* What's the status?
* Did we start on time?
* Will we finish on time?
* How is my initiative impacted by dependencies? (And are they on time etc)
* Are we sufficiently resourced?
We have built a dashboard to try to answer some of these timing questions.
Yes! Much like the prioritisation, being able to do this at the goal and initiative level is really helpful.
