Send delivery risk notification when records are automatically flagged

What is the challenge?

In Aha! you can set up delivery risks for a variety of different criteria however there is no notification system if a record is flagged for one of these predefined risks. The only notifications are sent if a record is manually flagged as a delivery risk.

What is the impact?

This means I have to build and monitor a report to see which records are at risk based on my predefined risk indicators.

Describe your idea

I'd like to have an email notification get sent to the record assignee and any watchers if any delivery risk is added to a record.
