Report on dates associated with delivery risks

What is the challenge?

Delivery risks are a great way to keep track of work that is at risk for a variety of reasons. The challenge that arises is that there is no way to associate the addition/removal of a delivery risk with a date so I don't know what delivery risks are new and need to be addressed.

What is the impact?

I can create a report to review all my delivery risks but I don't know which records have been added as "new" risks vs. records that were previously at risk.

Describe your idea

I'd like to report on the date a delivery risk was added/removed from a record so I can audit any newly added records and also report on mitigated records.
