Filter bar is overly complex and missing features

I'm a new user so sorry if I'm just not seeing this, but I would like to be able to conduct a free text search of all idea data, and I would like to be able to add a filter for the Reference ID which I do not see as an option when I go to add a filter. I also feel like the process of having to manually add filters every time I need to filter by something adds a lot of extra clicks and is extremely extraneous.

    Hi there, thank you for your idea. Can you share more about your use case? Are you trying to quickly search for an idea one at a time? If so, have you tried the global search using the magnifying glass icon in the top right of the menu? Curious if that is a better option for you. Thanks!
