Add a new TAB that allows a customer to see all ideas (without any filter)

I want to have a Tab similar to the existing ones (Popular, Trending, Recent) but it allows me to see all the existing ideas without any pre-filtering by status or category, sorted by name from A to Z and with the possibility of doing the opposite from Z to A.
