Need proper notifications for Workspace users when new Idea is posted in the portal

We have an internal feedback portal where people from various teams (Sales, CS, Support, AMs) post their ideas and feedback for our product. Our product team can't keep frequently checking the workspace for new Ideas added. So the product team needs to be notified when a new Idea is added in the portal (Either through Email or Slack). We need at least, the following details as part of the notification:

  1. Idea ID

  2. Idea Summary

  3. Idea Description

  4. Idea Created By

  5. Idea Created On

We found a way to configure this notification via Automation but we couldn't find a way to include the above details. If we get notified with the above details, it will be helpful for us to quickly respond to the idea. Right now, the inability to achieve this is causing significant delays in responding to the ideas.

    Thank you for your idea. New idea notifications will be sent to anyone who watches the Ideas > Overview page. Within any workspace, you can visit this page and add any users who need to receive these notifications as watchers. They can then view them on their individual notifications page or via email.
