Make searching for items more flexible
When I am searching for records (usually those with high volume such as ideas or features), the search limits me to "exact match" on whatever text I enter. For example, let's say I know there is an idea that contains the words 'address' and 'charge' in the title but not necessarily together. If I put in those two words, I receive the response that no records match my search. Ideally, I would be able to put in a string of text and indicate whether I want to search an EXACT MATCH of that text string or if I just want to search records that CONTAIN those words.

The search function is far too sensitive, you always need to write the words exactly right to find what you're searching for. It should be changed to include results that contain the words, and show any exact matches at the top of the search results.
