Enhance searching capability when moving a requirement to another feature and merging ideas

When moving a requirement from one feature to another existing feature it would be really helpful if you could search by just the Feature # or referenced. In order to do this today you have to know your entire feature number prefix and all. This makes it easier to just search by a keyword or phrase in the feature you're moving your requirement to. It works similarly when you'd like to merge two ideas together on the idea portal.

It seems to be searching with an exact match instead of a contains search on the reference number field.
