Terminology in advanced filters seems unnecessarily complicated

I find the way advanced filters to work to be really confusing. The use of the terms "any" and "all" doesn't satisfy all my needs - I want the ability to set "and" and "or" on groups of filters directly without having to remember which of those is connected to "any" or "all". This is the behavior that I'm used to in other applications - it's a more intuitive experience.
