Allow specification of the filter function when filtering features

Currently the filters select which data to include and are using the "AND" operator.

Need to be able to add "OR" and "NOT" 

This gives ability to exclude, such as excluding features with a specific tag as well as list features with one attribute or another.

    Yes, tag filtering on ideas is always an "OR" and you should be able to choose "AND" in that case.

    This is incredibly important for filtering on custom fields or fields that aren't required. Right now, I have to enter placeholder values for custom fields that don't have or need an actual value, just to be able to filter on those entries, which is a huge pain point. This isn't just useful, it's necessary, especially for PMs replacing Excel product backlogs with Aha.

    Being able to filter on "blank" fields would be useful as well (cfr MS Excel)

    Definitely could use both of these operators for multiple reports within our org, especially the NOT operator.

    Definitely need a NOT operator.  Basic use would be in creating reports to show all releases NOT "Parking Lot"

    Absolutely. Trello's simple search bar feels so much easier than the filters, once you know your way around it.  Supporting AND/OR -- as well as `prefix:something` style searching (a la gmail's has:attachment) -- would be easy then.

Add Filter for OR operator in all lists

When I filter a list of ideas or features, I can only add filters which use an AND operator. It would be extremely useful to also be able to filter using an OR operator. I cannot see any way of doing this presently. Thanks!

Add “None” to the Initiatives Filter on the Feature List screen

I want to be able to quickly filter down to all the features that are not currently assigned to an Initiative and right now the only way to do it is to “sort by initiative” and scroll to the end of the list. That is very inefficient.
