Add Filter for OR operator in all lists

When I filter a list of ideas or features, I can only add filters which use an AND operator. It would be extremely useful to also be able to filter using an OR operator. I cannot see any way of doing this presently. Thanks!

I agree, I would like a full set of logic operators: AND, OR, NOT
I'd like to be able to use other operators such as NOT.
