Read Only access

It would be really good to be able to setup a user with read only access to ideas, so that they are able to view ideas that are being submitted, without having the ability to edit / manage them.

      Hi,

      Does the user need a license for AHA to be able to have view access? It appears that they do, which wouldn't meet my needs, as these users just need to be able to view the ideas, rather than having to interact or manage them in any way.

      Thank you for reaching out. You are currently able to create read-only Aha! users (called Viewers) who can login to Aha! and view any record, including ideas. Is that what you are looking for?
