Ability to create a capacity scenario from an existing scenario or master view

Looking at using the capacity scenario planning, I think it would be ideal if you could start a scenario quickly to determine if it has legs.

The current workflow means you have to start from scratch i.e. no values on any initiatives or features which seems odd as then you would need to a/populate all values from the UI or b/make unnecessary API calls.

I suggest a scenario is called Master or default which the user populates with the current or as-is view and additional scenarios can be based upon this or another scenario with some form of copy or start from function.

Additionally, I think the functionality would benefit from:

1. Better comparison between scenarios i.e. on a roadmap - showing the differences/outcomes between different scenarios

2. The ability for the capacity values to be calculated on the basis of other values i.e. a total day over a period (200 days over 3-month duration)

3. The ability to use automation to populate or change these values
