Allow users to copy team estimates for ALL features from one scenario to another Merged

When building different scenarios, I often find myself asking questions like:

1. What if we wanted to pull the release date forward, how many more people would we need?

2. What if we had one more app engineer (for example) - how would this affect our dates potentially?

In these scenarios I need to create a new scenario, then go into every feature against the release, and copy the estimates from one scenario to another. It would be good to do this at the point of creating the scenario - it would make this much faster
