In Germany, all mails from a company must meet certain minimum standards. For example, it must be possible to unsubscribe from a mail notification and the company legals stuff need to be at the end.
There are the following problems with the mails from Ideas Portal:
Mail "Invitation":
Ther is the notice at the end: "Control your notification preferences in Aha!Aha! Labs Inc, 20 Gloria Cir, Menlo Park, CA 94025"
Then when I log in to the link "your notification preferences", I get the error message "Invalid user name or password. If you have forgotten your password, Click here to reset your password.". This can also be because with the same mail address I also have an Aha! Account, but with a different password than the Ideas Portal user.
There is no information from our company to be seen in the mail.
Sure, I can add that myself via the HTML code, but that looks bad, since it should be at the very end of the mail in the gray area very small, instead of the details of Aha!
Mail "Thank you":
Here it is at the end of the mail "You are receiving this email because you submitted an idea to Ideas Portal XYZ". That´s good, whey not that in all the mails? And not that with some address information form the company XYZ? Then legally everything is ok.
Mail "Status changed":
There is no information why the mail comes or any company details.

Mail "Admin response":
There is no information why the mail comes or any company details.

I hope you can fix the problem. Probably every company from Germany or the GDPR area would have this problem with their mails from the Ideas Protal.
Thank you for reaching out - we are taking a look at this!
Actually, it should be small problem for Aha! to put under each mail a block in the gray area in small letters, which can be filled in the admin area with legal data and which is then automatically taken over in all mails.
