Thank you for the additional detail. Yes it is possible to create the parent child link between Jira records such as user story and sub-task, and corresponding Aha! records such as features and requirements. This article explains in more detail. I see that you have been talking with our customer success team about setting up a demo. I would suggest getting a time scheduled and they can explain in more detail on the call. Thank you!
We are integration Jira with Aha tried some possibilities but have some query regarding this integration, please find below query :-
Jira Supports parent-child relationship among different projects. Aha! Needs to support the same functionality. Will it be possible to show the hierarchy for parent-child in Aha? If it is possible could you please guide us on that?
As we have create ticket in Jira like Story type and create subtask within it, we need exact same in Aha structure also when we logged the work in subtask it gets reflect to parent issue type same we need in Aha whenever we map the issue type, we need same hierarchy on that integration.
As we can see in the normal integration it is not possible. Could you please help us with this type of scenario?

Thanks for sharing this idea. Can you please share more about what you mean by enable the parent-child hierarchy? Are you hoping to customize it?
