You can add bullets or numbered list within a text box in a whiteboard. It would be nice to have checkboxes as well so that you can make quick to-do style lists as part of brainstorming or working on a new concept.

Currently today you can't see users who have not logged in for a set period of time or have never logged in. Now you have to use the API to pull users and then manually find and reactivate them via the UI. Seems counter productive.
