Limit who can set Feature Ranks

It would be very helpful if we could specify which Contributors/Owners in a Workspace have the ability to change the priority Ranking of a Feature.  As the owner, I need to allow some other users to create/manage/update Features within my product/workspace.  However, I want to have control over the priority ranking of all these Features.  Can this be done?

    This would be VERY helpful! Especially since Aha provides no good way for us to be aware of when the Rank changes. Knowing what the current Rank isn't good enough. I realize this can be seen in Feature History. But, it isn't feasible to have to regularly check the History of all Features to see if someone changed the Rank. At the very least, can you allow a Rank change to trigger Automation so we can send a notification email whenever the Rank changes?
