Capacity Report - pulling time from differing fields

We need the ability for the report to pull the estimate from a feature AND if there are multiple time estmates on the requirements tab , the aggregate of that time needs to overwrite the time range on the overview tab on the feature

hashtag mention includes the id and name of item for readability

When # mentioning something, it could include the id + the name in the link to the item.

Highlight keyword search

When searching in portals the keywords that are put in the search bar - 'Search all ideas' are not highlighted in the search results of the Ideas. Having the search word highlighted will help give context and narrow down of what we are looking for.
