Private comments should be visible to everyone in an Organization

We often collaborate with multiple stakeholders at our customer when building requirements for ideas. Currently, private comments are only visible to the creator of the idea and internal users. Other users at the same customer Organization lose visibility into all private conversations outside of their own which will lead to confusion, frustration, and definitely NOT a lovable experience. Current functionality defeats the purpose of the Organization concept.
