Link ideas to initiatives

at the moment it looks like ideas can only be promoted or reverse-promoted into initiatives. I'd like to see that ideas can be linked to initiatives, so that if we consider tasks for an initiative those ideas show up

Add Not Required status to To Do's

In addition to the existing statuses (Pending, Overdue, Complete), I would like a new status called Not Required. Currently we annotate the To Do title with n/a - however it would be easier to have this as a status as this would aid with reporting.
