Reports: Provide a visual indicator so when you're viewing it you know if it is shared and allows editing

People are sharing report links, but forgetting that they didn't share the report with others and/or that they made it view only vs. edit for others and it's causing confusion. When a report is opened by anyone with edit privileges on a report it would be nice to have a visual indicator of these two settings.
