Ability to create a shared webpage as a report editor
There appears to be a gap on how shared webpages are configured. Currently only the original creator of the report can create the link for a shared webpage. Often, other people who are designated editors to the report, need to download to send out internally and externally. Our proposed idea is to allow those report editors to also be able to create the shared webpage link.

As Product Operations grows as a practice, centralizing the creation and management of nearly all roadmaps is becoming more common. We have a number of standard views we want our PM group using and scenarios under which they should be using them. As a result, members of the Product Ops team are the creators of nearly all roadmap views. This means if another PM wants to share a roadmap as a webpage or grab the url for a view already shared as a webpage, this can't be done. It is frustrating.
We could give all employees access to Aha as viewers, but they would have access to the full Aha product. We don't want them all exploring the space, creating their own views, asking functionality questions, etc. We would like to share with them only those views they truly need to see.
I suggest a tweak to this. Our issue is that we are using the Aha! Confluence macro to display shared webpages in our Confluence pages. The person who created the Aha! reports and their shared webpage links left the company. Now the shared links don't work. We need the ability to have the shared link persist if the creator is no longer a user.
