Make it easier for non-creator contributors to find a 'Shared webpage' link

When working on a project with multiple Contributors/owners, it's not uncommon for someone to want to distribute the link for a shared webpage view of a page (e.g. a dashboard) that was originally created by one of the other contributors.

For non-creators, the 'Share as a webpage' link is not available on the dashboard itself, even if the dashboard has been shared before. In order to find the right link, they need to find the dashboard in the 'directory' view of dashboards and reports, then click on 'More options' and open the detail tray for the dashboard, then go to the 'Shareable webpage' line and click on the button that appears at the end of that line to find the shared link. This seems unecessarily obscure and time-consuming.
