Shareable Webpage Enhancements

What is the challenge?

1. Cannot access description details added to a report when viewing via Sharable Webpage.

2. Cannot export data from a Shareable Webpage.

What is the impact?

I utilize a Shareable Webpage because my reports span across multiple workspaces and teams. The Shareable Webpage provides teams with a holistic overview of data that they might not have access to.

1. Users cannot see the report description details when viewing via a Shareable Webpage.

   • I like to add key details in the description field of my reports to ensure teams understand the purpose of the report, to call out any nuances, etc.

2. Users cannot export data from a Shareable Webpage.

   • Teams who rely on Shareable Webpages for reporting would benefit from having the ability to export data.

Describe your idea

1. Add the report description to the Shareable Webpage (two proposed options below):

   • Option 1: View description by clicking on the report title (similar to live report view).

   • Option 2: View description by hovering over the report title.

2. Add export options to the Shareable Webpage.

   • Include the same export options available in the live report view (e.g., Microsoft Excel, CSV file, PNG image, PDF document).
