Allow the navigation order to be changed

I have restricted the navigation options depending on product line or child products, however I would like to resort the order that the navigation options appear - why does "Ideas" come between "Releases" and "Features".  Logically "Ideas" should be the final option, followed by "Reports" and "Notebooks".

    Thank you for the request. At this time, we do not have plans to enable customization around the order of navigation options based on current priorities and feedback over time. We hope you can understand.
