Ignore Zero estimate values when calculating the Best Estimate
Today, if the detailed estimate is 0 then the Initial estimate is ignored in the best estimate calculation. I would expect us to ignore null/zero detailed estimate values if the initial estimate is >=1 when calculating the best estimate.

Release Phases represented as multi-day events on the Calendar Report
I can only find a way to see Release Phase Start Dates or End Dates in the Calendar Reports view. I'd like to see the entire multi-day length of the phase represented in the calendar view.
