I had a situation where a new initiative was cloned from an existing initiative which cloned locked fields as well. We use a locked Plan of Record field to record which initiatives are in a product's plan of record at the time the plan is approved. When the existing initiative, which was in the plan of record, was cloned the plan of record field was copied over so it appeared as if this new initiative was in the originally approved plan of record. When I investigated I expected to be able to see that the new initiative was a clone and which initiative it had been cloned from in the history but could not find records anywhere. This is concerning because this will impact our data.
