Who would benefit? Portal users and Aha users What impact would it make? Easier reference to an idea How should it work? Add ability to show reference number for each idea. No behavior change for the software

Custom Idea's Portal Layout

We use custom fields on our ideas, which can only be seen on the ideas portal once you click on an idea. It would be beneficial to view some of our custom fields for the idea on the idea from the main feed on Ideas portal.

Add unique identifier to organization drop-downs

We have duplicate org names, that are only unique thru their client id. We need the ability to be able to determine the correct org (e.g. for adding an idea), by adding the client id to the organization dropdowns (e.g. Boeing 12345)

In-app idea widget works with private portals

We already have a private portal and would like the in-app idea widget to work with it. That would be better for us than creating and managing a new submit-only portal just for running the widget.

Idea Portal traffic report

I would like to be able to see traffic and search stat reports for my idea portals. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual visits Common search terms if the visitor uses the "Search Ideas" search field See attached example

Customizable Terminology for Proxy Vote

The term "proxy vote" is not intuitive, which I believe is the reason some folks end up not using it. I would like to change it for "Voting on behalf of a client".

Allow votes to be automatically returned to voter when an idea is Declined

My understanding is that your Ideas platform currently doesn't support automatically returning votes for any status beyond 'Done' and 'Shipped'. Our users have requested that votes be returned for declined ideas, which I think makes a lot of sense...
