This is EXACTLY what I need to do as well. Brigading and users attempting to tip the scales by having users from their organization vote creates a lot of noise that we then need to find solutions for. It would be handy if the product provided some protection from such a thing by default with a workflow such as this one. It is incredibly frustrating to have to explain to customers why the votes that they see on the portal are simply not a factor we go by when that's the exact intent.
