Be able to search the "tags" on Ideas on the Idea Portal

currently the search capability only searches the titles of the ideas, it would be helpful to also be able to have it search the customized tags as well.

    The ideas portal search now includes custom fields that you are showing in the portal, including custom tag fields.

    A Use Case for this idea is that my company uses an Aha idea Portal to allow internal employees to submit ideas for our company products.  We have assigned a number of TAGS to these ideas to enable grouping by TAGS.  Would be great for contributors to also be able to filter and group by TAGS.
