Deactivating Users

Currently when deactivating a user, the user then becomes 'greyed' out. This isn't readily obvious due to coloring, resolution, etc. Suggestion is to clearly annotate the user with a Joe Smith - Deactivated or something similar

Require option to vote on idea via. dashboard

We share dashboard view to our clients for viewing ideas submitted for enhancing our product. But on dashboard there is no option to vote for an idea. Can we get an option to vote for an idea directly from dashboard.
