Add vertical offsets to labels in Bubble and Scatter charts where there is overlap

It's easy to create one of the charts that have the same value on the Y axis (like using components of the Score) so the labels overlap and are unreadable.

Show "Shipped" tick mark on Shipped milestones

We like the report view that shows all the release milestones on a timeline. It would be great if shipped milestones showed the green tick mark like they do in the Portfolio view.

Ability to filter Master Releases
