View report details within an email

One of the benefits of a report to email is that you can view it in the email (e.g., on the phone … etc.) and view it quickly, without needing to access the platform. This is how it works with other tools, such as SFDC reports.


Aha reports just sends you a link to the actual report in Aha, which seems to defeat the purpose of an email report

    Thanks for sharing this idea. If you first configure the report to share as webpage, you have the option of linking the shared webpage in the scheduled email. This will allow all recipients to click the link and see the data right away. I hope this helps!

    This does NOT help. I do not want to configure the report to allow anyone with access to the link to view the report without having to log into the system first. From your help text: "This allows anyone with access to the link to view the data in the report. Important: The data shown in the shared report is based on the permissions of the report creator. Editing the report or changing the creator's permissions may automatically update the data that is shown."
