Support horizontal scrolling when sharing a Custom Roadmap to a Dashboard

Currently, horizontal scrolling is not supported for custom roadmaps added to a dashboard panel. The panel will limit what appears based on the timeframe you enter into the saved views. Other reports shared to a dashboard do support horizontal scrolling.

    This is also true of custom roadmaps added to notebooks pages.
