Pulling a list report together with schedule phase, activities, requirements and To-Do's only shows either To-Do's linked to Requirements OR Activities, but not both

Users with view access to reports can not make changes to filters and then save as. So for example if they only want to see initiatives assigned to them they have to set the filter each time or recreate the report from scratch.

When adding a new filter, under "Filter by Feature", "Feature reference #" can be included to filter and extract a report.
