Whenever a short date is displayed (releases, features, comments, ...) it's not showing a year.

Display number of votes per users when looking at votes for an idea
Currently when clicking on votes for an idea a dialog pops up that shows a table of voters with name and when they voted. Since we allow more than one vote per user, it would be great if the number of votes where displayed in this dialog as well.
